💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly: $2,280 per driver
- Average Annual: $118,560 per driver
Mileage:
- ~6,000 miles per week (team split)
Pay Structure (CPM Per Driver):
- Entry Level: $0.35 CPM
- Hazmat Entry (0–1 year): $0.38 CPM
- 1–2 years: $0.39 CPM
- 2+ years: $0.40 CPM
- Top Tier (Approval): $0.41 CPM

- CDL-A required
- Minimum 6 months recent experience
- Minimum 3 months team experience (last 3 years)
- Hazmat endorsement required
